Michal Shlomy is an academic lecturer and expert in process management, specializing in Agile management, product management, development methodologies, Quality 4.0, and core skills for a rapidly changing world, with additional focus on human–computer interaction (HCI), design, and critical and creative thinking. She leads Agile implementation and digital transformation initiatives, integrating Artificial Intelligence tools and Virtual and Augmented Reality (VR/AR) technologies into learning and organizational processes. Michal holds an M.A. in Innovative Technological Systems Management, is an industrial and management engineer, a PMP-certified project manager, and an organizational group facilitator. As a transformation lead and Agile coach in private and public organizations and global companies across finance, infrastructure, and healthcare, she supports shorter time-to-market, increased operational efficiency, and the development of healthy, high-performing organizational cultures. She also serves as a management partner of the High-Tech School at Kinneret Academic College. She is also a board member of the Data Science Association of the Engineers' Chamber in Israel.

Prof. Yael Dubinsky is a technology and innovation expert acting as the manager of KIC-Dev the R&D unit in the Kinneret Innovation Center, and as the Dean of the Technology Faculty in the Ramat-Gan Academic College. Yael received her B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Computer Science and PhD in Education in Science and Technology from the Technion IIT. She has published her work in books, conferences and journals related to Agile development engineering and project management. Yael worked in Technion, IBM Research, Ness Technologies, and managed & advised Israeli startups on developing their products and services. Yael has experience in managing IoT-based projects, and publishing on the relationships between the physical world and digital models. She is also a board member of the Data Science Association of the Engineers' Chamber in Israel.
