Michal Shlomy is an expert and lecturer in organizational process management, agile culture, strategy and product management, organizational effectiveness, coaching teams and managers in growth processes. Michal lectures at the Kinneret Academic College, Kinneret High-Tech School, Ruppin College, Sami Shamoon College, the Hebrew University,and various organizations. Michal has an extensive experience in leading agile work and project management in organizations and businesses. She is an entrepreneur, manager, and lecturer of the Organizational Development in High-Tech digital course. Michal holds a degree in Industrial and Management Engineering, PMP certified, a group facilitator at Organizations and Organization Consultant known by PAI. She is also a board member of the Data Science Association of the Engineers' Chamber in Israel.

Prof. Yael Dubinsky is a technology and innovation expert acting as the manager of KIC-Dev the R&D unit in the Kinneret Innovation Center, and as the head of the software engineering department in the Kinneret Academic College. Yael received her B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Computer Science and PhD in Education in Science and Technology from the Technion IIT. She has published her work in books, conferences and journals related to Agile development engineering and project management. Yael worked in Technion, IBM Research, Ness Technologies, and managed & advised Israeli startups on developing their products and services. Yael has experience in managing IoT-based projects, and publishing on the relationships between the physical world and digital models. She is also a member of the Data Science Steering Committee of the Israeli Engineering Association.
